ReplyDeleteLook I know you have your reasons for not bringing out the comics on the dates you said you would, but it is very often this way so try not to give dates when you can't keep to them. Just release them when you feel like it (just give us a small hint in the week you will be sure to release it)
ReplyDeleteWould not have made a difference in this case. He was planning to release it last Friday but couldn't due to work, and illness further delayed things. Doing what you suggested would have him post a hint on Thursday, then no news until Monday. Result: the same little bitches whining that their porn is taking a few days longer.

VIP, glad you are feeling better and as always looking forward to all future works. I've been following your work for a while and am a big fan. In the time that I have been a fan I have noticed they you do have a busy life (totally normal), and would suggest you just not give any timeline. This might lesson the hate posting and also allow you to create the comics without any pressure of a self imposed deadline. Your fans will still love it when you do release your content, and one less thing for the haters to attack. I know the haters will always find something to hate, you just have to know that you also have a group of strong followers. This is actually the first time I have posted as I like to lurk, and I do hide behind Anonymous as I do not want my private life impacting my public life.

DeleteEven if there were 1000 posts of people that are displeased, and a single person that is pleased, it probably wouldn't and shouldn't make a difference. As long as the author is happy with the work and effort and materials created. And I for one am very happy with viewing them. (and am certain the majority of people here are as well, thus why we are here, unlike a certain someone)
ReplyDeleteThe fact that someone actually posts "hate" messages here is most likely NOT because they are waiting for the posts, and more likely because they are against the material itself, and want to piss off VIP to induce quitting and closing the site to the detriment of all people here except one narrow-minded egotistical individual.
Most haters hate because they are afraid. Afraid of ideas or of people that aren't as narrow-minded or that threaten them, either physically or mentally. Fuck them. Pure logic, emotions or anything involving any amount of brain-power will likely not get to them. So basically not worth this long post, which is why this post is not intended for them.
And for those who are actually demanding, mean and too impatient to wait for good new material, I will give you this bit of advice:
Do what I did a few years back, and take that time spent clicking on refresh to instead learn how to make your own stories, pictures and frames. Here's why:
1) you will be able to make and post your own material, and not have to rely on others for this kind of material, thus help develop patience
2) you'll actually understand how much investment of time and effort it takes to make this stuff, thus help develop empathy
3) and last but certainly not least, I'll be able to view some more art :), thus help me write less stupid long posts like this one.
