Hello everyone! This is a bit of a rushed post, but still a special one. (Captions are at the bottom, if you don't care about reading)

You probably know Fenoxo - creator of Corruption of Champions, T.i.T.S. and many other great stuff?
Well this week, one of you left a comment telling me about a caption contest in his blog, and since I'm kinda very focused on CoC, and hey... I put "captions" on my name, I thought I should participate.

You can check the forum thread with all the submitted captions HERE. There are already several very good submissions and great artwork involved.

This was a little tricky for me: I like to work with real pictures, not with Renders or drawings on my captions, so I did not felt particularly comfortable working on them, but, since I have like a shitload of drafts and test renders in my CoC folder, some of them could do the trick.

In fact, waaaay back in time I made a couple of captions using renders (check it HERE) and I think after those 2 caps, I never used a render again for a caption.

Also, since there's a bit of money involved, I did not wanted to use other artists's work (Adjatha's, Kannel's or ImmortalTom's works would be great!) for my own captions... It felt... Dirty?


But I'll let you judge if they are a fail or a win, enjoy them!

 

Now, for some general news:

- I'm going as fast as I can with CoC #19. IT WILL BE READY IN 7-12 DAYS.

- September is a special month... It is my CoC's comic 2nd anniversary (holy shit 2 years?!) and also... There's another big, special anniversary happening. I'll let you to guess what it could be.

But.... I won't have time at all!!
I have to travel for 3 weeks and then, I'm moving to a new apartment on my return, so I have no idea if I will be able to work on VipCaptions stuff at all! Then, there's the Halloween comic "The Costume" conclusion (yes, in danger of not being finished this year), and at least 2 more CoC chapters before christmas...

So little time. I need a Delorean.

Wow, so long since the last time I posted some captions! I had this feeling I was missing something lately.
But, being honest, I had to split my free time between CoC and those quizzes that ended up being quite an unexpected hit!

There's only one thing missing this round: preggos.
Yes, Maybe next time I'll make some preggo caps, but right now, I had this pictures I wanted to caption for quite some time.
Lookig back at the captions, I think I'll make a couple more using the POV style.

Now, for some general news:
- CoC is going perfectly on schedule. I think I might even end this chapter sooner, and it's going to be LONG.
- I'm working on the result, questions and images of for... 2 new quizzes, the final chapter of New-U (and maybe a little script for a future comic) and a new one regarding what you did to anger a gipsy and how it ended up for you.
- I've taken some time to collaborate with the develpment of a video game - a mod, to be more precise. I'll tell you more when it's released.

As usual, I want to thank all of you. You've been amazingly supportive and incredibly helpful the last few months with me. I'm still having lots of fun!

Yes it is!!! Finally done and uploaded!
Wow, it's been like 4 months since last CoC update, but you still had a comic in the meantime and a novelty, 2 quizes to pass time (but too little captions). So no hard feeling, right?

This time, however, it will not be another 70-pages long chapter (still, 50 pages long). I'm trying to cut down the total of pages in order to speed up production times . Plus, I think it's appropiate since we're close to CoC 2nd anniversary - yes, it's taking that long - and I really have other projects delayed or at risk of being delayed because of CoC (like the final chapter of "The Costume" this Halloween)

One thing is for sure: We're officially starting the final chapters of Martin's Quest. Are we heading towards a nice ending, or a really bad end? Or maybe more than one alternative? How much more can he be transformed? Take your guess. I still have many models unused, and a lot of tiny demons screming ideas in my head.

But, back to this chapter... Oh Martin, Oh Martin... How were you the last time we saw each other?

 Yes, it is time our Champion regain some confidence, and get out of Tel'Adre once and for all.

OH, one more thing: Good luck to everyone's country in the Football World Cup! I think it's looking good for Spain, Brazil and Germany.
Sadly, I can't find the time to go and see a couple of matches like I did back in 2010.
